Tasked with redefining Sweep’s digital presence, our goal was to transform the existing website into a more seamless and engaging experience — resolving key usability challenges while preserving the strength of the brand.
Working alongside our partners at Element Communications, who led on content strategy, we delivered a website that’s cleaner, faster, and more intuitive from both a user and technical perspective. Our approach focused on optimising the information architecture, streamlining page templates, and refining interaction design to support seamless user journeys. We also emphasised accessibility, responsive design, and consistency, creating a scalable design system of reusable components that balances data-dense content with visual clarity — enhancing usability, maintainability, and long-term digital resilience.

Sweep.net now achieves faster load times, enhancing user engagement and retention. Simplified navigation and intuitive interfaces make complex sustainability data more accessible, improving overall user satisfaction. At the same time, a flexible, scalable design system was developed to support future growth, ensuring long-term consistency and maintainability. Together, these enhancements create a more effective platform, empowering users to track, disclose, and act on their sustainability data with greater clarity and efficiency.
